
Lorraine Wiseman, CPA, MBA

Lorraine Wiseman is the President and CEO of Leading the Wise Way, a South Carolina-based executive consulting firm specializing in strategy and change management. She is also a Vistage Chair, CEO Coach, and keynote speaker. Lorraine equips CEOs and executive teams with tools to build their strategies for growth and plans for execution through people. With executive roles in seven companies across six countries, she brings a wealth of experience to her clients.
Lorraine began her career in finance supporting companies in both profit and not-for-profit industries. During her tenure as Finance Director for a Canada-based nuclear valve company, she was promoted to the position of General Manager. This promotion was a springboard to the next phase of her career as an expert in business turnarounds and post-acquisition integration. She went on to serve in presidential roles for companies with P&L responsibility up to $500 million in Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, the United States, England, and Eastern Europe. These companies include industrial engineering based businesses (FTSE 100 and FTSE 250) that supply the nuclear power, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and chemical industries to name a few.
Lorraine has published several articles, including: “Going Global: It’s More Than A Change In Location,” “Think Global, Act Local,” and “Those Who Are Left Behind.” She has been a keynote speaker at international events including the Pan European SAMA Conference, International Students Conference in Sweden, Women In Nuclear Conference, and the Chief Sales Executive Conference. She speaks on Leadership, Change, Strategy, Strategic Account Management, Cultural Awareness, and Globalization.
Lorraine earned her Bachelor of Business Economics from Brock University. She also holds a CMA with CPA designation and an MBA in Global Strategy from Athabasca University. Lorraine has also completed post graduate work in Leadership and Change Management.
